Taking the plunge, next week I am having the 3" rancho lift installed on my 01 4x4.Other than periodic checking and retourqing all hardware, any other advice or comments? I have the 4.7 5-speed combo and will be running 285/75/16 tires on stock rims, how much will speedo be affected? thanks

If you already have changed to MOOG's then the clearance for the 285x75x16's will be tight.
Just make sure to do regular checks for wear and stress, loose bolts and stuff and you will be ok.
I have almost 20k on mine and it is doing well. Lots of flexing and long trips, no problems.
I cranked mine to get a total of 4" out of it and added leafs in the back.

thanks my truck is stock other than intake and exhaust, I know all the DC ball joint stuff, I have no issues, not my daily driver(knock on wood)14 k since 05/01. I will be in nocal for the holidays, are you planning any trips? BTW I was hoping you would respond, looking at your site and experience convinced me on the rancho.
