I have a 99 Club Cab Dak, 5.2L 4X4. This kit is for a 2WD, but will it still work? They don't have one listed for a 4WD. I'm going to put add-a-leaf in the rear.

No, 4x4's have torsion bars and 2wd's have coil springs. that lift is for coil springs.
