Here's my question. Recently, I was 4 wheelin in a field by me. When I went to leave, I took a different path out. What I didn't realize is that this path had a 3 foot incline and a ditch at the bottom. At the top my friends and I said, oh we can make it. *Cue engine rev* THUMP! *wheels spin* uh oh, I think we're stuck. So after trying to get it out for about 30 min, we just called AAA to come give me a tow. Now, when I did this, I noticed that I was resting on my cab steps on the top of the incline. My 4 wheel drive wasn't helpin at all. My question is would a body lift or suspension lift helped me at all? I was thinking that if I had a body lift and bigger wheels on it, I would've gotten down there better, but I dunno. Thanks. And yea, I know, it was really stupid, but it was fun.

Yes a lift and bigger tires would have probably helped out, plus mud terrain tires would also help. Call PA Body lifts and pro comp tires. 3 inch body with cranked torsion bars will let you sit on 33 inch tires

Ahhh sounds good. I didn't want a lift too big, I was thinkin to keep it around 2" or so. I'm gonna check it out. I was so pissed when it happened b/c I fig'd the lift woulda helped me out.

My other question is if I were to put in a 2 or 3 inch block lift in the rear, what do I do to the front? Just crank the torsion bars up? And by doing that, am I going to damage anything on my truck?

I got a 2" PA body lift for my truck b/c I didnt want to see the frame like you do with a 3" kit and i just added 1.5" blocks in the back and cranked the t-bars up 1.5" in the front. I fit 33's on there no problem and I gained 3" frame ground clearance and 5" body ground clearance b/c my truck came with 30" tires. Hope this helps!!

Oh thats sweet. Now u say u got a 2" lift, so why were the blocks only 1.5" blocks? That might seem like a stupid question, sorry.
