How much could i raise the front end on my 98 dakota sport 2wd just by adjusting the torsion bars? And then what size lift would would i need in the back? 1.5 blocks in the back?

You cant raise it with torsion bars b/c they only come on 4x4's. Get some coil spacers to lift the front. They have them on ebay and such.

I don't know what year they don't, but 2000+ 2wd's have torsion bars.

98Dak, don't crank them more than 2" or you'll wear down your ball joints and such. And get an alignment after you do it.

He doesnt have torsion bars...they are only for 4 wheel drives. He has coil springs in the front. Get some 2" spacers to insert under the springs.

Go on ebay and type in dakota and its under the suspension sub-category. They usually run like $20-$50 depending on what quality ya get. Hope this helps.
