For the buck: Performance Accessories 3 inch body lift. It may have issues with the rear brakes though since it is 4 disc.

They dont actually say it works with the 03 but it does, just had mine done yesterday. $580.00 total from an orange county california shop

A place called Outlaw offroad in Tustin. Ask for Bond. they will hook you up.
As for price I dont know it is not realy a set price they kind of just blurt out a price.
