DID YOU PUT THE 285/75R16 TIRES ON WITH JUST THE 3" BODY LIFT ALONE ? (BEFORE THE 1-1/2" BLOCK AND TORSION CRANK) WAS THERE PLENTY OF CLEARANCE OR WAS IT TIGHT ? I'M DOING THE 3" LIFT BUT I'M STILL KINDA GOIN' AROUND ON THE TIRE AND WHEEL ISSUE. IT'S EITHER GOING TO BE 32X11.50 ON 15X8 RIMS WITH 4" BACK SPACING, OR P285/75R16 ON 16X8 RIMS WITH 4-1/2" BACK SPACING. I WANT BIGGER TIRES WITH THE LIFT, BUT I DON'T WANT TO FILL THE WHEEL WELLS BACK UP WITH TIRE SO THAT IT DOESN'T LOOK LIFTED. I HOPE YOUR SET UP WITHOUT THE BLOCK AND TORSION CRANK (MAYBE A LITTTLE) HAS PLENTY OF ROOM BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO GO WITH.

PS - YOU CAN SEE THE RAM AIR HOOD AT AARQUALITYFIBERGLASS.COM. IT CAN BE USED FUNCIONAL OR FAKE. THEY ALSO HAVE A COWL. I LIKE THE RAM AIR BECAUSE IT REMINDS ME OF MY OLD 71 CHALLENGER.

I had the 285/75-16's on the stock wheels with body lift and before the block lift for almost 2 months with no rubbing at all, even with the suspension flexed and they looked great. Both wheel/tire set-ups you described should work just fine without rubbing, especially with a little help from lifting the tbars a bit. I saw the Ramair Hood, looks pretty cool. When the lift, wheels/tires and hood are on, email a pic so I can take a look:)
