im not sure if this can help you or not, but adding a block to the rear is easy as 123,
1, jack up truck and put on stands, then place jack stands on rear axel
2 disconnect the current u bolts, and jack rear of truck a little higher
3 put blocks in place, and new hardwear.
and lastly remove from all stands/jacks, and viola!!

Voila yes it is. 45 min it was done !!
truck look good I park roght beside a chevy 1500 and I was as tall as him, And I crank my t bar 1 inch WOW it is nice...
just to let you all know for 22$ what a difference....
