Subject: Is this a good 2" body lift for a 2001? IP: Logged
Message: I don't know a ton about body lifts, I was thinking a 3" PA for my 4x2, but 3" is a little higher than I need to go. I found a 2" for my 2001, but it lifts your truck in the way mentioned below. Is that a good way to go?
Pros and Cons?? Advice appreciated.
"Will work on the following:
1994-2003 Dodge Dakota Pickup 2WD models with 2.5" wide leaf springs in the rear.
2 Inch Polyurethane Front Coil Spring Spacers are the perfect way to lift and level your Dodge Dakota, allowing you room to fit larger tires. They are easy to install and fit in the same location as the stock Coil Isolator. This kit can be installed with normal auto mechanics tools and does not require replacing shocks. Plus for the REAR a pair of 2.5 inch add a leafs to raise the rear end complete with bolts and all hardware for installation. Every kit comes with complete instructions and hardware."
