Just a real rough estimate, how much does it cost to get a dakota lifted 2"? Including everything, parts, installation etc.

$300 - $800. Varies widely depending on what shop does it.

$300? no way, if you have a '97 or up, you can do 2" for less than $100 if you do it yourself.

well first, either use an add-a-leaf in the rear or blocks.
second,
crank up yout torsion bars.
