yes, the PA for the 2000 D will fit the 2002. They didn't change anything that really has an effect on the BL.

I was going to lift my 98 2" with lift shackles in the rear and torqing the torsion bars in the front. I decided not to b/c I've already bought tires and dont want to buy any bigger. I've got the four shackles sitting in my room to do the job, no toher parts needed. I can get you much more detail dirrections and the shackles for 50 bux including shipping (I paid about 90).
