From what I hear the truckin suspension does not fit the dak right and is hard to put on. I have called around in my area. I want to go as big as I can. I thought that the tuff country lift was a good likft, but everyone tells me it is crap and that I should go with the rancho 3in. I do know what to do about my lift. 6.5in 5.5in or 3in. I don't want a crap kit and something that wont just bolt up. what should I do?

james I did 2 truckin lifts mine (6.5) and a friends durango (4.5), the first time was a little hard but on the second one it was a little easier cause I already knew how to do it. I can't compare the difficalty of the truckin lift and the rancho lift cause I haven't done a rancho lift on a Dak., but it really wasn't so bad. If you done a IFS lift before you and a couple of friends should be able to do it. Good luck with your choice.

Hey Jimbo can you post some pics of the lifts you have done. I bought the 5.5 truckin ssuspension lift. i m just waiting to be able to afford the new rims and tires now. I wanna see how it will look

I have a 3" rancho lift and 3" body with weld stonecrusher wheeles and 35x12.5 super swamper trakus sts's
I am gettin ready to put a 6.5 trucken kit on would like some info on the quality of the lift

Hey 2K2-Dak are you talking about close up pics.? If you are I don't have any close up's, the pic's I do have of my truck were scanned by a friend and put on the site listed earlier on this post and the pic's of my truck and the Durango were taken by the Durango owner with a digital cam., thats all the pic's I got, If you want to see the ones with the Dak and Dur. I can post them but they don't show any detail, sorry. On the lift you got are you sure it's not a T.C. lift, cause Truckin made the 4.5 and 6.5, not a 5.5. Anyway if there is anything I can help you with let me know. I'm not on here as much anymore but I do check in now and then. Since I'm pretty much satisfied with my truck the way it is I'm looking at building a custom pro-street bike. Just another toy for the toy box. "THE ONE WITH THE MOST TOYS WINS"

Sorry for the long reply. I was mistaken it is the 5" lift from www.truckinsusension.com . Yeah if you could post some pics of the trucks i just want to see the tire clearence that i will be around. thanks.
