 Subject: ???? Performance Acc 3" lift

I was just wondering on the Performance Accessory 3" body lift for a 2000 2WD Dak if there was anything special not included in the kit...like new shocks or anything. I keep reading about flaps or something and I was just wondering if everything is there. Thanks guys

It`s called a BODY lift , because it raises the BODY off of the frame , therefore no suspension modifications are neccessary...ie. shocks etc...
The kit comes complete with everything you`ll need , that`s why everyone here has one.
The flaps you hear about are rubber pieces that fill in the areas between the frame and body after you install the lift kit , and they help hide the fact that it has a body lift , because you can`t see between the frame and body once you install them.
These are seperate from the lift , you don`t need them to lift it , they just help it look better.

I got mine from Summit and I think that the kit was about $160 if I remember right and the Gap Gaurds were about $60. Mine is a 4wd but it's the same kit for both 2 and 4 wheel drive.

i got mine from jcwhitney and the total price for the lift was 172 dollars and that includes shipping.......i dont know how much for the gap guards.......im gonna make mine instead of buying them

I have a 3" Performance lift that I am selling. I bought it used on this site a while back and before I was able to install it, the Rancho Suspension lift came out. I am selling it for $100 + shipping if anyboy is interested. It comes in the original box and includes the original instructions, etc. I would prefer not to ship it, so anybody in the CA San Jose area interested? If not, the first $100 takes it!

Anyone interested in buying four BRAND NEW Goodyear Wrangler MTR's? They are size 285.75 R16 (equivalent to a 33x11.50) and have not been used at all.
(if you want) The tires also come with four brand new 16x8 factory wheels from Dodge. These rims are in flawless condition as well.
I am selling this package because I have to trade my Dakota in for a car, and I don't really plan on fitting 33 inch tires on it.
