Message: well if you do a search, you'll find that the average joe with simple hand tools can put that body lift in in about a day. that should save you some money.
as for the tires, check www.4wheelparts.com. they have a package deals section where you can find a decent selection of rims/tires for a pretty good price. they'll mount them and ship them to you for free. not too shabby.
as for the fabtec lift, do some searching again. i think that this lift isn't all that hard to tackle either. but then again, i haven't read up on this too much cause i have a 4x4.
but just as a reference, i asked a shop in VA Beach, VA how much it would cost to install a body lift on my truck. they quoted me a price of $400. that's for the lift ($200) and the labor.
your best bet would be to buddy up with a friend that's good with tools. buy him a case of beer and you two tackle the projects yourself.

Message: Im with the above, 5200.00 on lifts is way too much. For less than that you could get a custom solid axel swap and run what ever tire you wanted. It should be around 1k or 1500. Dont even call that one shop back, its a rip!
Good Luck'

Message: Were not really experts on fords bud. I would suspect the typical K&N drop in would help. Remove the cataylic converter if it has one. Other than that, donno.
Good Luck.
