Message: Ohh....you're all going to love this.
The bed rack is custom. I built it out of left over Aluminum from work when we were tearing down a building. I'm going to get it sprayed with bed liner pretty soon. You just pull four pins and it comes right off. I could get some drawings for people if they wanted them.
The front bar was made using a handicap rail. I cut the ends to match the bumper contour and welded on some tabs for the lights. It's going to get sprayed also.

Message: I can't speak from experince, but my understanding is that true duals MAY make you loose some low end. If that's the case, with 35's in mind too, I think you'll be bummin'. I'd stick with the Flowmaster single and loose the third cat myself. Actually, stock exhausts flow better then they use to a few years back. OEM's are figureing it out.
I think 5-6" would look cool, but I'm not sure anyone has a decent suspension lift to do it. I could be wrong. I know you could do a Rancho and a body lift together even though they don't recommend it.
