(assume you want the gap guards) $64.95

As far as labor, it's really easy to do. But if you still want someone to install the lift, it could cost anywhere from $200 - $400 for labor.

Message: I had my wheels and tires shipped to me from 4wheelparts and the total price was 985 dollars. iwent with 33x12.5 BFG M/T's mounted and balanced on Eagle 589s (center caps,lug nuts included) The actual price was 1060.00 but the 100 dollar discount took it to 960 plus 25 dollar handling charge
I got my lift from jcwhitney for 172 total including shipping.....i recommend doing it yourseld and with a friend or somethin.....its really easy,,,i had never done one before in my life until last weekend and it was real easy.Good Luck
