When you install the center bolt for alignment make sure it is good and tight. Mine was just snug so when I installed the spring it loosened up from the load of the spring.

Wouldn't want any other!

put somethin like WD 40 on the bolts the day before, it might help a little bit, I did it when I put in AAL.

the Rough Country addd-a-leafs comes with a new centerpin
it makes life so much easier, then you jsut attack the centerpin with a saw or grinder, or if you are liek me hit it with a big hammer and it breaks off nicely

I put on the Fabtech 3" as well and it came with a 1.5" add-a-leaf with the package. It stills sags a little in the back, about an inch probably, and I want to lift it up some more. Can I stack another add-a-leaf in there or can you only do one? Also thought about doing longer shackles in the back, any idea which is easier and cheaper to install? They both look about the same to install so I am more concerned with the ride quality difference.

Sorry to be a pain here guys, but i got my leafs yesterday and when i opened them up there were no instructions. I have been all over the internet but all i keep finding is 4x4 instructions. I have done a set to a 4x4 once, but where do i start on a 2wd with the springs under the axle. Once again thanks for the help.

it's the same as the 4X4, the add-a-leaf goes between the overload spring and the main spring.

On a 2wd w/ the springs under the axle the add-a-leaf would actually lower the truck. It looks like you will have to go w/ the longer shackles instead of the add-a-leaf, unless you want to lower or want the prerunner look?

whatever , it wont lower your truck , an add a leaf is a leaf with a higher strenght and arch , making your stock leaves arch and give lift , wether on top or bottom of axle ............

The add a leaf from Fabtech will raise it 1.5 inches in the back. It's designed to level it with the 3in lift in the front. If you have questions about install or stacking, I'd drop Fabtech Tech line a call. They're pretty good. They helped me with the two washers that have to be installed on the front upper a-arm that wasn't on the instuctions. The only thing I didn't like from the kit was the shocks. Wanting to install Bilstiens soon.

Wouldn't want any other!

Sweet, thanks guys. SO if I had an add-a-leaf with the Fabtech lift which almost leveled it out and I wanted to add another add-a-leaf to raise the rear end a little more can I stack another one on if I get longer Ubolts and center pin?

nope , cause the add aleaf is on already and the new one is not going to give you more lift , it has the same arch as the one already on there . Will just give you a real stiff ride , that's all , no lift ..........
