Message: No, jeremy, i don't believe there are any here with the 3" rancho suspension on a 4.7L Quadcab, but the 3" rancho for the extended cab works with the quadcab design, since the 2 trucks have identical chassis and dimensions other than the actual cab. And as far as for the 4.7L, i'm sure they have the correct application good to go for those as well, and i have seen the new lift on a 2000 CC 3.9L and it looks real good.
