Message: Anyone used these? I heard they have decent highway manners for a mud tire. I am going to lift my 02 3 inches at xmas break and I am planning on buying a set of 32's or 33's. ANy help would be great. Thanks

Message: Good tire but there are others just as good or better for less money. If you want to spend the money they are a good tire. Nice looks too.

Message: I just found this after I posted a simular question under the off road forum. I have heard that they get great traction and self clean really well. I also heard that perform on road like an all terrian. I'm looking at those tires too. Hawkeye, what would you suggest. Money is a big issue for me since I have college to worry about. I really want a MT that wears well. Heard that the old BFG MTs wear like iron. Haven't heard anything on the new ones.

Message: The January 2002 issue of Four Wheeler tested six tires: Pro Comp Xterrain, Goodyear Wrangler MT/R, Parnelli Jones Dirt Grip, Mickey Thompson Radial Baja Claw, BFGoodrich Mud Terrain T/Z KM, and the Interco 37 inch Bogger. It wasn't a direct comparison between all of them, but the article offers comments on what each one is good at and what they aren't so good at. Take a look at the article and see what fits your needs. Also, tirerack.com has user feedback and ratings on most of the tires they offer.

Message: I have had the new BFG Mud TA/KM for about two months now. I spent a day playing in the mud and they worked out great. I had some real fun in the mud!!! They really dug-in, in the deep mud and when I was going up muddy hills, where my stock goodyear RT/S would spin. But they were also two different types of tires (A/T). The Mud TA also worked out great in the sand. I"ll soon be trying them out in the snow. The only draw back is they are a louder than the AT on the freeway. But it is worth it for me since I wanted a more aggressive looking tire. MMMMMMM I'm starting to enjoy that nice little humming sound on my 30 minute drive to work.
