I have a 01 4x4 quad cab dak and was wondering if a 6.5" suspension lift would clear 35" tires on 16" rims? Thanks for any info.

Chances are they would clear just fine providing the rims don't have extremely low backspacing. To find a 6.5" lift for an 01 Dakota is another story. If you have a found a decent one let us know. There have been many posts about the quality of the available lift kits. The most recent lift available is the 3" from Rancho and is rumored to be the only one worth installing. This lift has only been out since 02/01/03 so the verdict is still out. Give us some more info and maybe we can help more.
