Does anybody know how my warranty would be affected if I put on a Rancho lift and a body lift? Also will insurance be affected? I drive a 2002 in oregon, if it matters. I would really like an extra six inches (for my truck) but am worried about my warranty. thx for help.

It effects the suspension and drivetrain parts since you are messing with the suspension and it puts the drivetrain at a wierd angle. At lest that is whatI was told by an owner of a Dodge Dealership in Oklahoma

If you read your warranty you will see that it says it is voided by "any modification not athorized by the manufactuer, use of big tires or wheels, ... just the ones right there say that it is not under warranty anymore.

It will affect the warranty (void) on the parts that were modified or affected by the modification. Anything else is covered (they can't deny you engine coverage because of a suspension lift, etc.).

i know that suspension lifts aren't supossed to be used with body lifts. but i've never heard of any one having any problems.
