Message: Ive been reading what your all saying about the whiplash kit and i gotta say the kit is awsome. ive jacked up my 92 yukon and its currently riding on 38x15.5 swamper tsl.all i didn't get in the kit were brake lines wich is minor. if you are going with a whiplash and you want to offroad with it its deffinately strong enough but i recomend tacking your camber adjustment to prevent your camber from being tweeked. and on the street or highway with a good alignment it steers perfect. go with the wiplash who cares about a few legal problems.

Message: No one makes a suspension lift for the 87-90 Dakota 4x4 and Trailmaster is the only suspension kit for the 91-96. Even that is special order only. It can be put on the earlier Dak if you swap the lower control arms, knuckles and steering parts with parts from a 91. However, for the cost and effort required to make that kit fit, a straight axle swap could be done.

Message: I have a 2000 durango and am a wheeler. I have had a 87 4runner and currently have a 82 f-150 with 36 iroks. I have owned my durango for 5 years and have always wanted to make a wheeler out of one. I wheel in the snow alot. I wonder how this whiplash kit would do for me? does anybody know of any other kits for the durangos (2000 not 99) does anyone know of a straight axel kit?

Message: Good god, that 4" lift from Trail Master is OVER $1600!!I'd go with the 3" body (@$200) & leveling kit (@100).Gives you about 5" lift, good for 32" tires.
