Subject: Body Lift Bolts Breaking?? IP: Logged
Message: I was chatting with this guy the other day and I mentioned that I was thinking about putting on the PA body lift. He was trying to talk me out of it because he said that he had seen 2 or 3 instances where the longer bolts that attatch the body to the frame break when going into turns. Has anyone here had any problems with this happening? Thanks.

Message: If you don't torque bolts to proper spec, that's always a possibility but I have never seen or heard of this happening and there are alot of PA lifts being used by peeps on this board.
I wouldn't let it concern you.

Message: First I've heard that. Daks do have a problem with the stock back right cab mount popping, and mine did too, but since the PA lift all popping has is gone.
Wouldn't want any other!
