Message: Looks awesome, some questions: How much does that weigh in at without winch? I am concerned about my poor torsion bars getting killed:) Can u make one that will not be utilizing a winch? What driving lights are u using in the bumper? Do they come with? How bout cutting round openings to utilize the factory driving lamps for those that have them or upgraded to 4" Pilots or Piaa's? Can u add mounts/tabs for extra off-road lamps similar to pre-runner or brush guard kits? I can see from your workmanship the previous questions are not can u, but will u and how much will it effect the final cost, lol. Thanks for the response.

Message: Ok hope you are sitting down....The bumper weights in at 130 lbs. just about any light can be added, but can't be any bigger than 4". So you can still use the factory driving lights! Any tab you want can be added, as for extra cost, depends...if you want a bullbar for the lights, or just tabs. The tabs would be very little, maybe $10-20.
It can be made with out the winch in mind, this will drop the weight down to maybe 100lbs.
Hope this helps

Message: Dude nice BUMPER. Lots of talent there. How much for the bumper with a bull light bar on top, no winch mount, the tow hooks have to stay, and the bull bar has to except KC Daylighters, 6" round. My truck is stock, so I will not need the same height.
Just square the bumper off where you have the 45 degree bend just below the tow hooks. Save material and costs. My truck is a 2000 Dakota Sport. Just an idea for a price. Thanks.
