Message: i have a 92 that i put a 3" body lift on. i found the easist thing to do with the fan was to install a electric fan than you don't have to worry about the clearance aswell it gives you some more horse power. less drag on the moter

Message: Hey, thanks guys, but how does that work, do you take off the original fan or what because the fan shroud should just have to be trimed not taken off. and the fan does not get in the way. Please Explain.

Message: buy the trailmaster lift. It comes with fan shroud extenders. The only shroud bracket that you need to cut is the pass. lower, becuse when it is raised up the lower trans. line is in the way. What i did was cut the plastic bracket off and then installed the other three bracket extenders on the other holes. I didnt use one on the pass. lower all I did was zip tie the courner down. Havent had any problems with this so far. As of the rest of the lift all you need is some instructions and time. If you havent install a body lift before then expect it to take the better part of a weekend to do. post again with any more questions, and i will try to get back to you

Message: You don't have to take of the fan shroud. You just have to cut the old mounting tab off of the bottom passenger side of the shroud. If you have a dremel tool, you can cut it off without any problem without having to remove the radiator.
As far as trimming the fenders, I had to do this as well because the low backspacing of my rims caused the tires to stick out farther in the fenderwells. All I used to trim them was the dremel tool that I bought to cut the fan shroud. It took me all of two minutes to do and it made a very smooth cut. You can't even tell they have been trimmed.

Message: BAD ASS Looking truck, what size tires are those, and when you bought the rims did you have to get more backspacing on them than the original. And what is the switch on the bottom of the dash for?
