Splayed? what's that mean?

2THEXTRM actually the reason they haven't shipped my whole lift is because of the alignment problems. I have everything but the last few parts that are causing the alignment problem. Once they get it fixed on Dpkerns truck then they will ship the rest of mine. Unless... They think they fixed it and ship it out to me. *crosses fingers and hopes they got it right* Well hopefully my lift will ship tomorrow morning.

This question is for 2THEXTRM, do you think your tires would have rubbed if you had just done the body lift? Without the 1.5 blocks i mean.

Knobbyman, I'm working at getting you those Hummer pictures, i even found one of the other Hummer that was with us using it's wench to turn the upside down Hummer back onto it's top...damn those things have a lot of torque!

Dude.. It's not that I'm smarter then anyone else on here. *although I am of course ;-p* it's just that NO ONE reads the posts. That's what they are here for.. For people to reference back to them. Otherwise this might as well be a chat room. The point is the question was already answered in THIS post back on the first page 4th post from the bottom. IN BOLD LETTERS! and I even made it a http link.

Read the posts will save everyone from having to look at the same questions over and over and over and over and.... u get the idea.

AMEN KNOBBYMAN!!

If you have looked at the forums and still havent found the question ,or the answer to, that you are looking for then nobody will mind if you ask. But I think that I see the same posts about every other day with the same questions. Theres a search option that is very easy to use so try and make use of it. Maybe we will get to some more questions instead of the same ones over and over and over and over...................

Arthur, had my 33's on before block lift without rubbing so the block lift only allowed me to crank up the front tbars some more without having the pre-runner look. 285/70-16 seems to be the right set-up on stock wheels with 3" body lift to retain near stock ride and no rubs. I think I was one of the first to try this size tire over 4 months ago to avoid rubbing, I could be wrong.

Tell me your impressions on that flowmaster catback. Is it the 2 chamber (40 series) like Summit offers or did you get it with a 50 series or Delta Flow. Is your's loud in the cab? What power gain/loss did you get.

I have the catback system with 50 series and love the sound. Highway exhaust noise is just noticeable inside the cab and more obvious outside the truck which you can tell when you have the window down. Under WOT or even hard acceleration the exhaust comes alive and heads turn looking for what muscle car is making all the noise:) Has a "similar" deep note to the 88 5.7 IROC that I had the 40 series American Thunder Flowmaster sytem on, only difference is my IROC was loud all the time not only under acceleration or WOT:) I miss that car... maybe for a second vehicle I'll pick one up at an auction cheap and rebuild it:) Sorry for gettin of the topic!
