Perpetual autumn would be nice! We had a heat wave/drought this summer, and I'm looking forward with dread to the winter... I park on the street and sometimes my truck will be buried halfway up the doors due to passing snowplows! I just hate putting my bike away for the winter. Hmmm... no bugs though :)

Message: No Lesley, I caught some terrorist inspired stomach bug. Thanks though. We do get winter here in FL contrary to most people's thoughts. It does freeze here. No we dont have snow piled up everywhere but I'll tell you, with our year round 90% humidity, 30 deg here with all that moisture in the air is not fun. My uncle live in Washington State, just a few mile from the Canadian border, and he said he will take the cold dry winters there as opposed to ours. I love winter here because its gets rid of the bugs, you dont sweat to death walking from the front door to the truck, you get to were more layers of clothes so that you can...., nevermind. Dont want to open that here. I can also go play at the beach with fewer people there.

Message: I recognize winter here in Tampa by the arrival of countless retirees from up north...also known as blue-hairs, snowbirds, and roadblocks. Florida in wintertime is the ONLY place I've ever seen where it is the norm for people to drive 10-20 mph BELOW the speed limit. Makes a strong case for mounting a Mk-19 automatic grenade launcher on the cab of my truck with the gunner standing in the bed.
Do people go to hell for shooting slow drivers?

Message: Lesley,
From reading some of your posts, not to mention about "dumby shifter" posts....I did a little thinking....
You drive a truck, ride a bike (motorcycle I assume), have a quick and sharp attitude, you are blonde, and you know how to keep warm in the winter....;-)
Do you want to get married?

Message: Blizz's truck is awesome, but just the instigator in the whole tension thing.
Dry humping an exhaust pipe gets old day-after-day and its dangerous when hot!
I tried to ask a hot sexy thang like Blizz's truck out on a date once....my friends told me to seek help. After months of therapy, the doc started learnin' me what to chase after!
But please? This MN cold front gots me sleeping so cold and lonely at night.............
His truck sure is an aphrodisiac! ;-)
