Message: The 2000 5.9 intake has no EGR and the 94 5.2 intake does. Other than that they are pretty much the same. You will eliminate the EGR by doing this. I'm not sure if the 94 PCM will adjust for no Exhaust gas recirculation. It should have no effect on the PCM. It would make sense that this would increase the HP by reducing the temperature of the intake manifold (no egr). As far as a bolting it on, there is nothing that won't interchange.

Message: I have a intake from a 96 indy ram I started porting I have the runners cut down 1 3/4'-2" and started porting the runners the divider is also cut down it has egr I was going to block it off and use it. But I'm kinda losing interest and thinking of an m-1. I may sell it if I can get a deal on an m-1. I also have a felpro pleanum gasket. My pleanum gasket is toast though so I have to do something soon.
