Message: finally got the s-10 back on the road and i was really impressed. its really loud so i get a lot of looks. a young guy in a newer v8 dak was revving his flowmasters up and laughing so i revved mine up and hammered it at the light. he jumped ahead because i couldn't get traction then i passed him once i hit about 40mph and left him quite easily. I have a lot of mods but i still think thats impressive for a 2.8. I have 3.4 crank, .040 bore, ported fiero heads, torker 2 intake, holley 4bbl, headers, msd ign... btw i have a 96 dak so thats why i thought you all might be interested, and maybe give my chevy a little respect.

Message: its a 600... i need to get a lsd, or posi, then i want to play with some mustangs and camaros. I'm not sure why but the v8 dakotas just don't seem to race well. with mine, it seems to be the transmission shifting too early, and it just feels heavy. thats ok though, because its so sharp looking and comfy. What are some of you fast dodges running in the 1/4 or 1/8???
