i hate this site now. for 3 years i've loved this site until the past fews months. more azzholes keep arriving, using different names and moching people. i hate it! i also hate that someone likes to say websites such as elitecustoms.com sucks. what an azzhole!! i know that you could pay $30 for noone to use your name but why would i pay $30 when it could be free? many other sites like dakotausa, dakotatrucks, etc have member names and they are free
i'm going to stop coming to this site until the webmaster edits most of these posts. i got many excellent tips and advice from the honest people and the MATURE people. farewell and thanks to all you people that gave a sh*t about this site

The $30 helps pay for the bandwidth of the site. Those other sites may not have the same costs associated with them.

R/T Guy, I don't see you volunteering to be a moderator. Do you really expect one person to run the site, read all the posts, and moderate every single post here?!? Mark, I don't know what BB software you're using, but can't you have multiple moderators? Maybe one for each forum... if anyone would stop complaining and volunteer to help, that is.
I, myself, just ignore the obscene and rude posts, which is not all that hard to do.

i think this site is great, it has alot more traffic and knowledge then those other sites. and this forum format is better then those confusing VB boards. i would suggest instead of 30 dollars, make it like 5 bucks per yr, that way more people will pay and maybe u would get more money in the long run. also this shot is alot faster then the other ones.

I've got no problem with this site or paying the $30. It's not as mature as some, dodgetrucks.org, and it's more mature than others, like the Dakota R/T forum on Delphi.
There are always some interesting threads on here. And the losers lose interest and move on. Keep up the good work. If you wanted to go that route, I'd be happy to volunteer as a moderator as well.

1. I seriously doubt you've been on this site for 3 years because the forums haven't even been around that long
2. Never seen a post from "R/T Guy 1999". Did a search, name never comes up. Who's the anonymous coward using a different name now?
3. What's wrong with saying EliteCustoms.com sucks? After no e-mail/phone responses for over 3 weeks with no product, I'd be pissed too. Only after the situation was brought to light on here did they react. And it looks like this is nothing new.
4. "Why pay $30 when it could be free" Ever heard of supporting a site? Bandwidth, hosting, registration costs money. But all the "many excellent tips and advice" you received for 3 years is not worth supporting right?
5. "I'm going to stop coming to this site.." You sound like an immature baby. How about trying to help?? Seeing as you've contributed nothing though, I'm sure your leaving would be a devasting loss.
In closing, you "R/T Guy 1999" are the immature azzhole, using a different name, contributing nothing, yet bad mouthing. Good riddens.

Hey guys,
I am the thread starter of the Elitecustoms.com sucks. If you look in my post dated a few hours ago I asked if the title could be changed. I thank everyone who defended my right to vent but I feel my titel was a bit harsh. I still stand by the fact that Jonas's customer support is crappy but he seems to be getting back on track. Thanks all for the help and if my post is offencive you may remove it. It seems as though something is finaly happening on the good end so if you guys feel that it should be removed feel free.
I thank everyone for the help and good advice and I am glad I never had to call the bbb or cansle my order. Have a good night guys and thanks again.

I have to agree, Canada vs USA bashing and the repetitive "whats the best muffler for a 4.7 is annoying, but I dont pay, I cant complain. This site does get alot of hits. I traffic it every 2 hours, I think my boss would like me to stop coming here more than I care to pt up with all of this nonsense.
