If you dont mind the check engine light being on, just cut the kat and stick a two chamber flowmaster on. I used a single in dual out, dumped before the axle. Think I may have lost a little torque with it being dumped right after the muffler, but it is damn loud and sounds good at the same time. Good deep rumble at idle and sounds like a super modified block at full throttle. The in cab tone and vibrations dont bother me....thats what I like. Even with very few mods, just about everyone looks, comes up to me, or trys to race me. Cost me just a little over 200 bucks.

I got a full dual custom manufactured from the headers with 2.5 pipes, two cats, two mufflers, and a pair of 3" chrome tips peeking out from under the rear bumper. $550 installed.

RedNeck r us. They make a kit tht has a sawzall and a sledge hammer. They say you spend 2 hours for the lowdest exaughst and increased performance! 15-25lbs of torque and 10-13HP

I had the same set up as fastdak. That thing was friggin LOUD! Car alarms going off, dogs heads exploding and cops stopping me all the time. Priceless!

gotan said it all. I've gotta buddy with a Yellow '99 RT and he has chrome headers that go into an electronic cut-out before the cats. This is the loudest and most bad-ass exhuast setup I have ever seen in real life on a vehicle. At the flick of a switch it goes from sounding moderately loud (spintech & hi-flow cat) to sounding like a heavily modded blow ur cow's head off truck (open cut-out). If ne one ever see's one of the cleanest Yellow RTs in the Dallas area, give him a rev and then cover your ears!

i might be in the wrong place, but i hope someone can help. i wanna cut the cat off my 99 ram 5.9 360. it has 2 o2 sensors 1 before cat 1 after. what can i do?

i have a spintech dumped with the 3rd cat deleted and it is LOUD. much better sounding than flowmaster too IMHO.
