 Subject: 5.2L Complete Exhaust Kits?

I'm looking for any COMPLETE exhaust kits that may be out there for my 5.2L 99cc ?? My exhaust is butchered from removing the cat converter, well next year the wonderful PennDOT will start doing emmisions testing and I want to completly redo my exhaust from header to tip. I've seen header and y-pipe kits, cat back kits, but nothing to take care of the cat(s) and associated pipes other than getting the factory single cat with preweleded pipes, or sending it to a muffler shop.. I'd rather do it myself. I heard FLowmaster was to have some "header back" kits, but I have yet to see them. Any help would greatly be appreciated!

no complete kits exist, the best complete is from mopar, PPH, leech (all the same) they are triple coated chrome headers with all gaskets, bolts, and the y pipe. they are mid length headers, so they are better then shorties. then get a hi flow cat from carsound, and then the spintech side exhuast. complete bolt on everything. all this will be around 750.00 before shipping. any more questions just email me at sincitySport@harvard.edu

Guess I should have mentioned that I have a 4x4 with a 3" body lift, and its not listed on Spintech's website (4x4). And Carsounds website does not list a cat for any Dodges? The dual pipes out the side are interesting and simpler than routing out the back. Do you have any pictures of the actual exhaust system, not just the tips? If i buy headers, they are going to be Jet Hot or HPC coated. Chrome doesn't last long and turns rainbow color in a short time. With a body lift, you can really see the headers and would like them to look good!

hey scott, will the side exhuast pictured in the red trcuk above, can this kit fit on a reg cab 97 5.2 dakota sport? also wat is your pricing for just this catback kit? spintech wants about 320.00 can u get better pricing? thanks alot
