I have an 03 r/t cc and I just installed the positive performance headers from krc and my truck now has a lean misfire. The pre cats have now been eliminated with the new headers and I am wondering what the problem could be and how to fix it? I'm am wondering if the dual cat boxes were installed correctly and if not could that be the cause. I was under the impression that the kat boxes just eliminated the mil light. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated especially on the correct installation of the dual kat boxes. Thanks in advance!!

You need something to tell the computer how the engine is running. Those cat boxes tell the computer something to keep it from lighting the engine light, much like blowing sunshine up it's rear end. Whatever makes it happy but not the engine.
Do you still have an active oxygen sensor?
