This is a common question, and you can find alot of information by performing a search.
What year is it? SOme common mods are V8 TB, exhaust, colder plugs, brass cap and rotor, CAI (cold air intake), 1.7 roller rockers. The TB and CAI are noticable, and I have read the 1.7 rockers help as well. Remeber to breath properly. If you change and add more air in CAI, the truck needs to exhale more as well, either a cat back or replacment of stock muffler will help. Search around here, you will find all the answers and more.
