put it somewhere where its not going to get hot or wet. i put mine behind my battery. its kinda a PITA to mount there, but its the best place IMO.

its verry easy to hook up.

you might want to buy a MSD coil to go with the box. they are only like 30ish bucks at kragen or summit

thanks for the info, the msd box came used with no instructions, but the blaster coil is new. i also got some jba 8mm wires and autolites and last month put on a borg and warner cap and rotor. where do all those wires comming out of the msd box go? and were do u plug in that little black connector that looks important? thanks by the way i have a 97 5.2 5spd

You can find and print wiring diagrams on the msd web site.

I think its: msdignition.com

If not do a "google.com" search and you will find their site.

I installed mine on top of the passenger fender well.

14.63 @ 91.8

I have mine mounted on the passanger side fender well.. keeps it dry and safe plus it's close to the coil.

I also will be mounting one of these since it is part of my Vortech Supercharger. Are you guys hooking up the tach wire for the RPM limiter?
