well i just got my superchip programmer today for my 2001 r/t cc. it has a performance or towing option and it ups your rev limiter and speed limiter and lets you adjust for tire sizes. i programmed it with performance which requires 91 octane or higher.i definetly noticed a difference but it wasnt what i expected. ive posted before about how my r/t will only spin about 5 to 10 feet from a stop and even with the program installed it still wont do any better. it has more pep and throttle response and pulls a little harder but i wasnt impressed that much.

alright stop being fags... This site is to HELP people out... You can have your PCM Flashed. I don't knwo about the chip you got but I do knwo most of them suck on our R/Ts I have 99 so I have a mopar PCM and it works good

ok first of all mad moxie i dont post my address on here cause id get sick of kicking the asses of people like you that try to come and punch me in the face. ok and for 02dakRT thanks for putting that "assclown" in his place and as for the elevation and where i live, i live in the south where it is humid and hot but i only live at about 800 ft. and i am going to test it at the strip as soon as i have time.

Man, crap, don't tell me it sucks. I went to get mine this weekend, but it wouldn't download to my R/T. I am having another one shipped to my house. I hope I hace a better experience than you. If I get it before Wednesday then I will try it at the track. I will try it both ways for a fair comparison. If it isn't worth 3 tenths and 1-3 mph then it's being returned, and a flash is on the way.

im sorry for the bad news diabolic, it doesnt totally suck . it is noticably faster but i was hoping for a little more low end grunt. im sure it will shave some time off of track times cause i can definetly feel a difference.

Like I posted on the 'B&G' post days ago.....just like the JET, these Supersh*ts will be on ebay too. Mopar PCM or B&G flash for 01/02's the only way to go.......but no one listens..........
Now you have to sell it to another Dakota owner and brag on how good it is........not nice!

I have a 03 dakota with a 4.7. I don't have a ton of money to spend on performance stuff. I bought a K&N filter and am looking for any other relatively cheap ways to bump the performance up on this engine. I gather there is not a chip for the 03's at this time? I also read in the thread that there is a flash option for my engine? If so, how do I get this and is it easy to install?
