Message: Question on H.O. Cam installation. Instructions from this web site and speedteaks show inserting the cam wedge THEN instructions say to turn cam 150 degrees and loosen bolts. How do you turn the cam 150 degrees with chain locked down. Am I supposed to have removed the chain from the sprocket at this point? Instructions say to loosen the sprocket bolt, but don't remove. For you guys that have done it ..what's the answer

Message: 1. Tap the chain wedge in place.
2. Hold the camshaft with a adjustable pliers
while removing the camshaft sprocket bolt
and sprocket.
3. Using the pliers, gently allow the camshaft
to rotate until the camshaft is in the neutral
position. This happens as you take the bolt
and sprocket off.
