I recently replaced my lower control arms (which came with poly bushings) and the upper arm bushings with Energy Suspension Polys. I also replaced the sway bar bushings with Energy Poly bushings. The truck handles great but it squeaks like crazy. Does anyone know what this could be from? It is really bad when I turn the wheel to the left, but when I turn right, it makes no noise at all. Would it be the upper or lower control arm bushings or the sway bar bushings. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Are you sure that its not the brakes. Mine does the same thing, turn to the left and squeaks like crazy, then to the right and its fine. I do have mine lowered also, when you push on the brakes does it stop or get worse?

Mine is pretty low too, but all the problems seem to have been when I switched the lower arms and the bushings. I will have to check about the brake thing, I havn't really paid attention. But mine makes noise whether I am stopped or moving. I notice it alot when I am in parking lots or in drive-thrus because I am barely moving but when I turn the wheel left it sounds terrible.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Yeah i had the same problem! Now I'm selling the arms for new ones! Tried greasing the crap out of em to no evail! Tell ya what though.... Try loosening the bolts a tad bit where the arms connect to the truck! I did that and it helped mine a lot! Still makes the some noise though but nearly not as bad.

So you think its the lower control arm bushings? I think I will try loosening them a bit and applying more grease. I don't want to get rid of them, I recently upgraded from the stock arms. I just don't understand why it only does it when I turn left though.
Thanks for the input

Jonathan
