Subject: Emissions? IP: Logged
Message: Sorry about the long post but To those of u in Connecticut that dont know, they will be reopening the emissions inspection stations across the state. For all cars made after 1996, they will not use the tailpipe test to measure emissions... now they will use the OBD test in which they plug their computer into ur cars onboard computer and it checks all of the sensors and makes sure ur engine light is not on. Now, for all of us Dak owners who have removed our cats and used the simm box to keep the engine light from going on, does this mean we will actually pass emissions even without the cats on?
