I want to put a preformance intake on my 91 5.2L, but I dont know what I should go with, if anyone has a good suggestions it would be appreciated

Being the 91 LE V8 (I had one, first dakota) is a standard LA-318 motor, with EGR- throttle body FI... you could run a single plane M1 intake (possibly having to make an adapter for your throttle body)... Definately possibilities. Not sure how your smec (PCM, but without the P) would handle changes--- one way to find out! ;)

Any pre mag small block intake will work. I would try the edelbrock airgap performer. I believe they make one with the egr connections.

Sorry I lied! The Air Gap doesn't have provisions for the EGR.

well I was looking around 91DakotaFreak and I did find an entire intake setup for 91 and earlier engines, Performer RPM Pro-Flo EFI by edelbrock, looks interesting, gonna see if my local preformance shop can get that or not
