Ok, here goes. i just installed a custom ground cam in my 318 gen lll. My truck doesn't want to run at all during idle. It lopes real hard. it has a big duration. I was told it will take time for the pcm to adjust, but it will be ok. Has anyone had any problem like this??? Will the PCM adjust to it? Thanks.

The duration is probably too much for the pcm to function correctly because the MAP vacuum signal to the pcm gets too low at idle (something like 12.x"Hg and lower, I believe). The pcm cannot adjust to this by itself. HTH.

take the little plastic elbow underneath the map sensor and turn it around, use a piece of rubber hose to go from the elbow to the vacum port under the PCV valve on the intake manifold, and block off the vacum port on the TB, you have too low of vacum for the map sensor to idle right, by moving the hose to where the vacum is more, it's will make it idle, oh and next sat a bunch of people from hammond is supposed to come down here to gonzales so we can show ya'll some real racin, hehe. hope to c ya there, and if ya need to call me it's 225-571-3155, later dude.
