Subject: DJM vs. WESTERN CHASSIS 3/5" drop IP: Logged
Message: I want to lower my dak 3/5" I'm looking at either a DJM kit or a Western Chassis kit. I want to do it right so I'm going to get the lower control arms and the hangers and shackles. Anyone tried either of these two, anyone have any opinions? I'm just wondering because DJM seems to cost alot less. Also, Western Chassis includes new ball joint with their kit, does anyone know if DJM does as well? I know that WC has 2" lower control arms and 1" lower springs but DJM just has 3" lower control arms and retains the stock springs... is one a better setup than the other?
Also, any suggestions on what shocks to buy?
Sorry for the long post, just want to make the right descision!

Message: hmmm.. I'm looking throught the archives and it looks like people are having problems with alignement and the 3" control arm rubbing the R/T rims... maybe I'll just go for the hotchkis 2/3 kit...
