Subject: Hotchkis Alignment, Great IP: Logged
Message: Ok, I did my new ball joints replacement, and new front shocks, Today I had the alignment done as per the Hotchkis specs. This is on my 2k Dak,4x2. And I must say HOW SWEEEEET! nice tight front end, tracks straight, handles like a dream,and I use the RT wheels, 275x50x17 Rubber. anyone else ever use Hotchkis specs for there alignment??

Message: I am doing the exact setup on my truck next weekend... with the energy suspension bushings... did they give you the alignment specs with the TVS kit? I haven't opened it up yet... is it really that great... I have heard that with it the R/T's with nitto 275/50/17 are getting near .97g on a skid pad... is this true.. sounds pretty high for a truck... a 911 turbo pulls .99 viper 1.04, Z06 .96... can we dust a vette in a corner?

This set of alignment specs is intended to be a performance setup. If you are using a tire that sticks out past the stock fender, we highly recommend using the performance settings. It changes the normal camber settings. This minimizes the chance that the tire will rub on the inside of the fender lip:
