Message: I was reading in the tips section about using an MSD and it stated that you need to get a Tach Harness or you would get a code 43trip. I knew you need a universal harness, but from what I read from earlier posts no one said anything about this.Is this true for Gen III`s or is this for other year models? I read a post from Chuck about hooking up an MSD and his installation instructions did not include it.I will be ordering this Friday and need to know ,I will be using an Accel coil with their adapter also.
I hope all this makes sense,I am recovering from a double Hernia operation I had Monday and am on meds.
Thanks Charlie

Message: The Tach-Adapter harness is only required if you experience the trouble code (P0351). It's not a requirement but does get rid of the code if it appears. It's a random "anomoly" that appears on the '97+ Dodge Magnum engines.
