If the TB on an R/T is a 50mm, what advantage does a flowmetrics or similar 50mm offer?

The others are 50mm throughout the bore. The stock tb is smaller in areas.

The factory throttle body has 50mm bores, but bumps just above the blades restrict it to 48mm to help increase torque. Ported models like the Fastman TB bore it back out to 50mm (or further), remove the obstructive pieces on the top of the TB, replaced with better blades, use an S-Bolt, etc... The billet TB's are designed from the start to be high-flow 50mm bores so they flow better.
