Anyone using these and what do you think about them? Are they noisy and do they cause alot dust? How is the fade once they get hot?

I have the Raybestos Quiet Stop Ceramic pads with power slot rotors. A lot of people have the same combo. Ceramic pads generate little to no back dust. That's the great part about them. I'm starting to see a few posts on forums that the ceramic pads get hotter than standard pads and a few people are saying that the heat is warping their rotors. I've had mine on my durango for about 10k and they are fine

From what I understand, they are not 100% ceramic and the pads have the ability to dissipate heat faster than semi-metallic or organic pads. I Have had mine on with Powerslots for about 8K with no problems and I have been running 33's the whole time. You are right about the brake dust, next to nothing gets on the wheels!

I have been checking the pads/rotors often to make sure everything is ok. It looks to me that the pads wear very well as they are nearly as thick as they were when I first put them on in April. The rotors look like almost like new also. The combo was worth the $250 IMO and I will use the same rotors/pads on my next Dak if they continue to use the same defective brake components on the Gen IV Dak.

Also, I believe only HSKR has had problems with the combo, his rotors actually cracked. I don't think I have seen anyone else post about excessive heat causing rotor warpage.
