Subject: 1/4 Mile Time IP: Logged
Message: I have a 2000 Dakota R/T CC and I was wondering if 15.6 to 15.7 is a good time for the truck because that is what I have been running at my local track. I thought that it should be a little lower. I have done a K&N Gen 2 Intake and a Gibson Muffler with custom dual exhaust..

Message: 15.6 is supposidly average but my CC pulled in about 13.3 stock. Just get an Intake, performance computer, and an exsaust for starters and you should be real close if not already running in the 14's.

Message: Take 1.7 crower roller rockers
1 Crower custom cam
1 M1-4bbl M1
1 F&B 52mm TB
1 set of Mopar headers
1- cat back exhaust (you've got that)
1 set of Mopar Perf. RT heads (1.92 valve)
1 K&N Gen II intake (you've got that)
1 Mopar 2400 stall converter
That'll get you into the low 14s (14.10) to high 13s (13.9)
Add 1 NX 100 shot-- and you'll be in the low 13s (13.00) to high 12s (12.65)
