A few weeks ago I pulled up to a LS1 Vette at a red light. When it turned green, I let it rev up to maybe 2500 rpms to get his attention(Flowmaster 30 series) and it worked. He gave it. I punched it. At the time I hit it, I had about half a car length. He pulled a little... until I shifted and proceeded to blow past me like I was standing still. I knew I would lose, but it was fun anyhow and they were cool about it- gave me a thumbs up.

I raced my freinds 72 vette 350/350 hp m22 4speed with after market intake demon carb was real ugley had him for about 1 sec when he got hooked up passed me like i was in a wagon pulled by mules i did not have a chance but it was nice to see him give it hell(have another freind with a 55 chev about 10,000 in goodies new stroker ect, ect, hope to try him out also he he)

i raced a 2001 zo6 vette with my dads 2001 mustang GT and really had my ass handed to me ..haha,but it was fun i was with him til he shifted to 3rd... but i cheated on the start

Tried to take one from a 30 roll, got the jump on her and she grinned from ear to ear as she left me like I was standing still. Lost my ass but still a lot of fun.

Well I havent raced any vettes in my truck... But I handed a C5 his rear end in my Dads Grand National. The old guy in that vette didnt look too happy about it either... Not even a glance let alone thumbs up for good race when he finally caught up and performed the infamous ricer pull in! :(
