Subject: 2002 Silverado Z71 1/4 ET's IP: Logged
Message: I figured I'd let you all know what this guy ran at work, so if you were wondering if you could take a totally stock silverado, this should help
1/4 = 16.127 @ 84mph
1/8 = 10.402 @ 68mph
60ft = 2.413
this was his best run, he said he had to practice a bit more launching the thing.
it's a 2002 extended cab 3.73's 5.3L no bed liner (if that means anything) Driver probly weighs 160-170lbs
any 4x4 4.7L times?

Message: He doesn't stand a chance against my old NISSAN XE King Cab with the 2.4L 12 valve. I had a best time of 16.01 in it.
It was almost bone stock.

Message: My dad has the exact same truck (with a bed liner... haha) and it's a 4x4 like mine. The Chebby can't touch me. It's just too heavy or something. Rides like a Caddy though.
