Just installed a new F&B billet throttle body. Works great, immediately noticed a big difference in response and idle. This is a well made unit with very good instructions w/pics. and mounting hardware is included..

I just received my F&B last week, but haven't installed it yet. Did you receive an airhat mounting stud? I got the packet with the sensor screws and TB holddown bolts, as well as an airhat nut, but I don't have an airhat stud to screw into the TB. How did you mount your airhat to your TB? Did you have to make an "S" bolt? Thanks...P

P.S. Sam, if you see this post, I haven't gotten home yet to check my email, so sorry if you've already answered...

I already had a home made cold-air intake with a K&N round 10 inch open air filter. I had this attached to my OE throttle body with a home bent "S" bolt..I got the bolt (straight) from a local auto parts store (pep boys) and simply bent it to fit in a bench vise with vise-grips..Real easy to make an "S" bolt and only cost approx. $3.00.
P.S. the "S" bolt worked perfectly with the new TB..I didn't have to change a thing..
