Subject: who has the cheapest 1.7rr's? IP: Logged
Message: i think its about time i modded up the dakota again. the next move is a shift kit and 1.7rr's. i was wondering if anyone could help me out.....
-how much for 1.7rr's for a 2001 v-6 with everything needed to install, low rpm kit obviosly.
-and i need a trans-go shift kit, and a stainless steel accumulator block off rod. Tom Slick, you told me to e-mail for these and you never got back to me. could we try this again? my speedshop sell them for $120 and i'd rather save a few bucks.
thanks guys.

Message: Aluminum rockers will be cheaper than stainless steel. I've heard some folks say that aluminum doesn't have the same long-term strength that the stainless rockers do, but I don't know...maybe so, maybe not. I just bought a set of the Crower stainless rockers from Sam at Socaldakotas.com...$350 shipped.
